Table Mountain Farms

We'll be visiting Table Mountain Farms (http://www.tablemountainfarms.com) in Golden to learn about their farm, crops and farming methods. One of the owners will be giving us a tour and you can have your farming related questions answered during the tour.

About the farm:

"The farm is solar powered and drip irrigation is used to efficiently and effectively water the crops, using much less water than a traditional landscape. All of the farm operations utilize minimally mechanized principles and bio-intensive layouts for efficient labor and production. Only natural/organic pest and weed controls are used on the farm - plants such as dill and zinnias act as natural pesticides, and good old-fashioned shovels, trowels, and pitch forks keep the weeds away.
