In the past 15 years, he has worked on China and regional accounts as varied as Starbucks, Levi’s, Jeep, Adidas, Beats by Dre, McDonald’s, Volkswagen, MOMO, Nike,and Citibank with 7 of these years in digital and traditional leadership roles, while winning creative and effectiveness awards along the way.

Prior to SapientNitro, Raymond has worked in some of the other best agencies in the world, such as Wieden+Kennedy, JWT, TBWA and Fallon.

James Chiu

Executive Creative Director – Experience Design – Razorfish

James Chiu was born in Hong Kong, studied graphic communication design in the UK, and worked across a blend of agencies in London, Germany, and Italy.

Chiu’s professional experience spans pure play digital, integrated and above-the-line agencies, he has directed and crafted numerous omni-channel, commerce, brand, marketing and campaign experiences for clients such as Ray-Ban, Marks & Spencer, Net-a-Porter group, Max Factor, Levi’s, Nike, Heineken, etc.

His work has been awarded and recognized by the likes of BIMA, FWA and Webby.
