About 10% to 20% of all jobs are found via external recruiters and headhunters. There will be a panel discussion composed of agency recruiters telling you how to work effectively with them. Usually, there will be 3 to 4 recruiters at these sessions. Most of the time, these sessions will have a breakout period where each recruiter will work with a smaller group of attendees.
After a recent recruiter's panel 1/3 of the attendees got job interviews with one or more of the panelists. Thus, everyone will leave with a good understanding of how to work with external recruiters and headhunters.

1. All attendees are required to dress as if they are going to a formal job interview. For men this means a suit.
2, Please bring multiple copies of your resume with you.
3. Many people show up as early as 8:00 to get one on one help with resumes and other job related issues.
4. BJSP starts promptly at 8:45 AM and ends promptly at 12:00 Noon.
