This will largely be a paved road ride with some dirt sections, and a maybe a one mile double track that is pretty rough. The actual route will be determined by weather conditions. Ideally we will ride out to Cline Buttes and ride the dirt road to the top of Cline butte. If the dirt is too wet or icy we will just ride on roads. The view from the top is fabulous. We would ride down a rough double track off the butte, if you are on a cross bike there would be about 200 feet that you would need to be VERY careful not to flat.

The picture above is Sisemore Rd. which would be an alternate route, the hopeful route would be Tumalo Res. Rd, mock, Pinehurst, Gerking, Innes, Cline Falls, Cline Butte, White Rock Loop, Twin Bridges, Swalley, Deschutes Mkt. If you ride a cross bike this will be a moderate ride(aerobically). If you ride a MTB bike this could be more of an advanced ride(aerobically), especially if you have heavy tires with big knobs. Technically this ride is easy except for about a mile coming off of Cline Butte which is a rough double track. The route could also be adjusted for time if it is too ambitious. This will be a no drop moderately paced ride. Should be 3 hrs so bring some food and water.
