For those interested in technology and/or human rights.

The Human Rights Center investigates war crimes and other serious violations of human rights and international humanitarian law. Our empirical studies recommend specific policy measures to hold perpetrators accountable, protect vulnerable populations, and help rebuild war-torn societies.

We are leveraging technology to improve the way we do research in the field, disseminate data, and communicate.

This group is meant to be a place where people can participate in real world projects, learn new things, and teach others.

Focus is on Google technologies, so this is a GTUG, and initially there will be a focus on Android and solving some real world issues with using Mobile data collection strategies in the field.
