Emotional and mental clutter can block us from the things we want most in life, whether that be experiencing deep states of consciousness in meditation, landing a great job, a deeply nourishing relationship, or taking the steps we need to towards better health. It can even block us from having great sex. The mental and emotional patterns that run our mind chatter in meditation are the same ones that shape the way our lives unfold.
So what is emotional clutter? How and why does it affect us? And most importantly, is there a way to unload it once and for all, to become peaceful, empowered and free and to find some inner peace?
