Quantified Self for Kids! - Special Interest Group
Hi everyone, my name is Eric Berson and I'm a doctoral candidate at the Graduate School of Education at UC Berkeley. My research focuses on the design of curriculum that supports students' scientific reasoning. I'd really like to connect with anyone in the community who is interested in exploring ways of introducing QS to middle and high school students. How did you get started with QS? In what ways has QS helped you to investigate things that are important to you? What have you learned in the process of self-inquiry?
This meeting will serve as an exploratory discussion about ways of using QS to engage students. Please join us!
Details: Wednesday, October 10 from 12-1pm in Room 3635 at Tolman Hall, Graduate School of Education, UC Berkeley (Hearst Ave @ Arch St.) The host will provide light snacks but feel free to bring your own lunch.
RSVP: Please email me at [address removed] to RSVP or to share ideas if you cannot attend the meeting.
