Berlin VR Meetup at the c-base Raumstation

The last Berlin VR Meetup of this exciting year will once again be at the cosy c-base Raumstation.

This time we are happy to welcome Franz Troppenhagen from Zeiss to present the Zeiss One, a heatmount for your smartphone to experience mobile virtual reality. This is Zeiss' entry product into mainstream VR.

Maximilian Ilse's talk "Virtual Acoustics" will cover his Master thesis on spatial sound.

We will also present some new demos and discuss the latest developments in VR.

There will be a few Rifts available as usual for demos and first-timers to try.

If you have a demo or a VR experiment yourself, be encouraged to bring it with you and we'll show it at our station!

Last but not least we are raffling 5 x 1 Leap Motion for the best ideas on how to combine this gadget with VR! At the Meetup we will collect ideas and give out the Leaps at the end of the night to the best ones.

Just coming in: Meta will also demo their Augmented Reality spaceglasses.
