The first Berlin UI/UX Designers meetup will take place on Wednesday, May 11th at 7pm at the Innovation Lab @ Zalando.

Abstract:

Should UX & UI design be separate roles? When they are, where should you draw the line? Where should the roles overlap? How can a diverse design team best deliver digital experiences? In this talk, we will explain the UI/UX roles as we are defining them at Zalando and share from our experiences in past companies.

Talk 2: How meditating ten minutes per day can improve your design workflow by Florian Holstein (https://www.linkedin.com/in/florianholstein/en) Head of Product Design at Number26. Talk in English.

Abstract:

Our industries are moving at a faster pace every year and yet we need to deliver world-class results. We look into the science why we’re actually more creative when we meditate on a regular basis and how to balance creativity and focus with our fast paced environments. No candles, no bullshit.
