Hello healthcare innovators,
we are all set for our next meetup on January 30th.
We will have four wonderful presentations: Ben reports from Health 2.0 Copenhagen and health care innovation happening in Scandinavia, Alexander shares his insights about the Health 2.0 landscape in German speaking countries, Max presents the start-up Machfit, a platform for employee health programs, and Christian talks about the consumer-health application VitaDock by Medisana.
More information about our presenters & topics is below.
The meetup takes place at Betahaus (Prinzessinnenstrasse 19-20). As always, there will have enough time for talking, mingling and networking. We start at 18.30 with networking, presentations are at 19.00, followed by more networking.
See you all on January 30th!
Ben Heubl

Ben will talk about how the scandinavian marketplace could serve as great testing ground for european/german HealthIT companies. He will also report from his experiences of e.g. the HealthXL incubator set up (Health 2.0 is official Partner), and the Healthbox London graduation event. He will also introduce SilverBullet, who creates the first telemedicine open source platform, applicable for the ecosystem in DK.
Ben is educated academically in business & entrepreneurship - before active in Lifescience regulatory consulting, Ben co-founded & worked as CEO of a Swedish health innovation tech spinoff. After failing and recovering, accepting failure wasn't an option & he continued making a change via HealthIT innovation and networking. Currently he runs a Scandinavian Health 2.0 Network helping new HealthIT companies to find the right resources, raise funding, help to integrate and validate concepts - while helping out at EU/US Health IT incubator programs (such as HealthXL).
