West Texas Photographic Society of Lubbock encourages regional photographers in displaying their work throughout the South Plains and beyond. As our primary function, WTPSL organizes the PhotoPlains! April Exhibit, an open juried exhibition, providing an opportunity to share our photographic arts. WTPSL welcomes all photographers. By exhibiting photos ranging in skill level, techniques, and subject, members of WTPSL grow through inspiration of differing points of view.  We work in conjunction with the Lubbock Camera Club to schedule a monthly photography outing to gain knowledge and friendship from our fellow photographers.   We encourage our members to attend the LCC's monthly meetings held at the Mahon Library near the Civic Center in Lubbock each second Tuesday of the month starting at 7 p.m.  We also encourage participation in the PhotoPlains! exhibition and hope that our photowalks provide ample opportunities to capture great exhibitable images.
