Bio: Joseph Flahiff is President and CEO of Whitewater Projects, Inc. and author of the book “Being Agile in a Waterfall World: A guide for complex organizations.” He is focused on helping people in Mixed Agile AND Waterfall business contexts make sense of the conflicting approaches, methods and cultures.

Joseph has more than 20 years of experience in both traditional and agile project training and delivery in large scale complex enterprise IT organizations. Joseph's provocative, engaging, and energetic approach to agile transformation is in demand in USA and in Europe.
