Michael Hausenblas - Lambda Arch. with Spark

Before our summer break we're bringing innovative and exciting stuff!

Michael Hausenblas (http://mhausenblas.info/) will be in Berlin to show us how to apply the "Lambda Architecture" principles using the Spark stack.

(The LA is a paradigm defined by Nathan Marz which provides the foundations of building real-time distributed systems in a flexible and (human / system) fault-tolerant way.)

Michael is MapR’s Chief Data Engineer and contributor of Apache Drill, so he knows his way well on large-scale data systems!
