Description:
Cloudant is our DBaaS offering based on Apache CouchDB which is free of charge for the 1st 2 GB and then costs $1 per GB/month. We will develop a small application together running on a JEE container accessing this CouchDB instance and pushing a small interactive UI to your Mobile phone where the interaction can be seen instantly on the cloud. Then we watch the Live-Stream of the Keynote from Cassandra Summit in San Fransisco together and afterwards we transition to the networking session.
