He specializes in developing growth/innovation strategies and applying disruptive technologies to drive enterprise performance. Paul currently leads Deloitte Consulting’s internal disruptive innovation strategy and oversees its portfolio of acquisitions and investments targeting next generation products and services.

Paul is an experienced executive with a proven record of leading successful mission-critical transformations for Fortune 500 companies in the healthcare and life sciences industry. Areas of expertise include: enterprise analytics, large-scale mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, and post digital enterprise implementations.

Currently, Paul serves as the Lead Client Services Partner for WellPoint and its global subsidiaries. Over the years, his clients have included many of the most recognizable healthcare and life sciences companies and government organizations, most notably: Wellpoint/Anthem, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Pfizer, Cardinal Health, and the Center for Disease Control. In addition, Paul has significant experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to his role as the Deloitte Consulting Innovation Portfolio Lead, Paul was the National Technology Leader for Healthcare and Life Sciences. Before joining Deloitte Consulting, Paul was a Partner with DiamondCluster International, a management consulting firm that specialized in the development and implementation of technology driven growth and operations strategies.
