HPCC Systems invites you to join us for a meetup in Atlanta, GA
Learn about the HPCC Platform
HPCC (High Performance Computing Cluster) is a massive parallel-processing computing platform that solves Big Data problems. The platform is now Open Source!
Flavio Villanustre and Charles Kaminski will speak on the four key factors that differentiate HPCC Systems from Hadoop.
Attendees will learn the basic architecture layout, the components including THOR (Data Refinery Cluster) and ROXIE (Data Delivery Cluster) along with the powerful ECL (Enterprise Control Language) designed for the HPCC platform.
Following, David Miller and Tony Kirk will lead a hands-on exercise. Attendees are encouraged to bring their laptop with the HPCC VM image (http://hpccsystems.com/download/hpcc-vm-image) installed.
