Join Think Big’s experts for a free hands-on tour of some of the latest technologies in Big Data. After a brief review of what’s new with Hadoop, YARN, and MapReduce, the class will cover some advanced features of Hive and HCatalog, Cloudera Impala, and Spark. Each module will include hands-on exercises analyzing different aspects of the on-time flights database. The class will conclude with a brief introduction to Machine Learning and Visualization using R.
