This group is for yoga lovers of all levels and ages...whether you are just thinking about starting a yoga or spiritual journey, or you have been practicing for years, this group is for you. We believe, like Bikram Choudhury, that Yoga is about strengthening your body and your spine in all directions with the goal of creating a union between the body, mind and spirit.

We want to create a community of like-minded individuals who can come together to learn, share and create, and get healthy from the inside out.
