Rainbow Factory Workshop with Synbiota

Welcome to Synbiota's Rainbow Factory!

This is where you have the opportunity to genetically engineer E. coli bacteria to be colourful using synthetic biology!

In this exercise you'll design a DNA circuit and then use real DNA building blocks called RDP Parts to construct a DNA program with mulitple genes that makes your non-pathogenic E. coli bacteria a colour of your choosing. So lets start by watching some videos to make sure you're ready to roll at the beginning of the Biocurious Workshop!
