Getting Too Many Phone Call? Missing The Important Ones?

It's a challenge for many business owners and sole traders - just when you're getting started on an important job, the phone rings. Is it a customer? You answer it. No it's a sales call - just what you don't need!

Or maybe you're out at a networking meeting or client appointment and whilst you're out a new prospective customer rings your office. They get the voicemail, but don't want to speak to a machine! So they go elsewhere. Unbeknown to you, they would have become your biggest customer had you been there to speak to them!

You consider employing a new member of staff to take your calls, but the cost is just too much beyond your budget. Besides, if you work from home getting a member of staff would require getting premises, which would involve even more cost!
