Great walk on a great day! A little chilly at the lighthouse in the breeze, but absolutely worth the time investment on a Saturday. Really enjoyed meeting Priscilla and Mike, and know they're two people I'll want to keep in touch with. I look forward to the next event!

Tomorrow is the day - and the forecast is SUNNY and BEAUTIFUL! I'm looking forward to seeing you all! Remember - we are meeting in the dirt parking lot BEHIND Docks Seafood at 9am. My cell #[masked] in case you need directions or will be meeting up with us on a different part of the path. See you on the trail!

Hi Tracy - I have snack bags packed for everyone - as far as lunch goes, I imagine it will take about an hour to walk to Bug Light (maybe a little longer for some folks - we aren't going to be power-walking by any means) ... We will have a chance to chat when we get to Bug Light -then I encourage people to depart at their own pace. There is a great Deli - JP Thorntons that is about at the half way mark - or there is also a Tim Hortons and Wendy's in Mill Creek Shopping Plaza - so, if on the way back you want to stop and grab something to eat, that should be really easy to do.

I have a feeling most people will be done walking back by 1pm - I gave it a 2pm time frame for people who want to walk slower, or stop along the way.

Too big a time commitment for networking

Hey Kath - sorry to hear you won't make it. It's true that devoting a morning is a big time commitment - my goal is to provide more than just networking, but also education, fresh air and a big takeaway - but I totally understand the need to budget time. I will be planning more meet ups - some will be less time, less miles, and some will be workshop events in the evening - so I hope you stay part of the group and attend what fits best for you :)

We had SO much fun on the last Meetup! Do you currently belong to other networking groups that you could share this with? I believe this is the new (and more effective) way people grow their businesses! Please share with other people you do business with, and I'll see you on the trail!
