Adjusting the client's viewpoint from what they have been told by friends, family, the media, etc to what can be done for them realistically (setting expectations).

Describe your web design experience:

I have been designing websites for myself since the mid-90s, but professionally, since the late 90s.

What are some of your favorite design resources?

Experiences, approaches, and dealing with clients/customers.

What topics would you like to see discussed?

Which technology works best for solving which problem. Just like you can use a hammer and screw driver for alot of tasks, but some tasks are better done by other tools. (Right tool for the right job)

What is something you want to learn more about?

HTML, CSS, ColdFusion, JavaScript, MS SQL Server.

Web programmer (taught myself HTML in 1994), but have worked in a variety of industries with technology of all kinds.
