BluWater is a volunteer family run group that produces professional, organized, seasonal, themed photography events and monthly workshops for both models and photographers. Most events and workshops include models, few will be scenic only, in the Southern East Coast areas of the US, which includes, but is not limited to --
North Carolina, Myrtle Beach SC, Savannah Georgia, and many other intriguing locations, indoors and out.
A bit about the Founder of these creative events --
Momma Tessa has been active in the model, talent, and theatre industries since 1990. She began as a Make Up Artist at age 17, and is now proudly 48 yrs old. Some of her works in her long resume include, but are not limited to --

*No models under the age of 18 are permitted to attend any BlueWater events, or workshops, UNLESS they have a parent, or a LEGAL Guardian, present with them at the event, throughout the entire time of the event; this is strictly enforced! Upon reading this - you state that you are of the age of 18 years or older, and will show proof of legal ID prior to any and all BluWater events you attend. *It is your full responsibility to show proof of legal ID.*
*Although I personally have no issues with nude photographs, I do feel that if they are to be done at all they should be in "good taste" and as ART.* BluWater will not be producing any nude photo shoots. IF at some point there is interest in doing ARTFUL and TASTEFULLY DONE NUDES, (similar to an art class/figure drawing type shoot) in Natural landscaped settings it may be considered...and is MAY be done during the Snow Bunny and Spring Bunny annual events*
*I am called Momma Tessa for a reason folks, my daughter is a model/artist/musician who also attends and sometimes helps in the organization of these events, and is an Instructor. I am very watchful, and I am very loving & protective of the models we work with - with out getting in the way of a safe, great time, and true artistic expression! --
*All models are highly encouraged to bring an escort to each any every event they are booked for...unless space is an issue.
*All models must remain on the shooting grounds and may not be taken off by ANY photographer at any time through out the duration of any and all events produced by BluWater.
*We have a staff of volunteer security*
*Although I do my very best to keep every event safe and enjoyable, and although we do have some security in place, you are ALL , models, photographers, any guests, and any other talent that may be booked, are fully responsible for your selves!
*At ANY and ALL BluWater events and or workshops, etc...you attend you are completely 100% responsible for yourself and your guests, upon attending any event you state that you have fully read this entire page, fully understand every word written, and shall hold BluWater, their volunteers, associates, heirs, etc... 100% HARMLESS in the event of any and all accidents, theft, loss of property, injury of any kind, social disturbances, and in the unfortunate incidence of loss of life. You, as an attendee, also fully agree to gift to BluWater, our choice, any photos we would like to have from our events, workshops, etc...in order to promote BluWater, knowing that in return you as Artists are also being promoted on our meet up page, web sites, and promo pages like fb, etc...photos may also be used in tactile portfolios, as office decor, etc...and in published books at BluWaters discretion.
PHOTOGRAPHERS RETAIN COPY RIGHTS, ALTHOUGH UNDERSTAND THAT BLUWATER IS GIFTED, AS ARE THE MODELS, AS PER THE UNDERSTANDING WRITTEN ABOVE, AND BELOW.
AT EACH EVENT, WORKSHOP, ETC...MODELS ARE GIFTED BY THE ATTENDING PHOTOGRAPHERS, 3 TO 5 FULLY EDITED PHOTOS TO EACH MODEL THEY SHOOT WITH, AND NO MORE, PHOTOGRAPHERS CHOICE, WITHIN 20 DAYS FROM THE EVENT OR WORKSHOP DATE. *IT IS NOT BLUWATERS RESPONSIBILITY TO HUNT DOWN MODELS OR PHOTOGRAPHERS TO GET PHOTOS IN ON TIME - IT IS THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ATTENDING MODELS AND PHOTOGRAPHERS SO BE SURE YOU BRING CONTACT INFO TO EXCHANGE AT THE EVENTS OR WORKSHOPS YOU ARE BOOKED FOR. *IN ATTENDING YOU FULLY ACCEPT THIS.
*Any and all monies/gifts contributed are to assist in the organization of the events, workshops, etc...and by your gift/contribution you fully understand this. Your gift/contribution will typically pay for, Make Up Artists, Stylists, Location Fees, Extra Security if Needed, sometimes Food & Drinks, etc...it really all depends on the event.
