Yet a confluence of events--flagging state support, budget deficits, disruptive technologies--has pushed many institutions to consider new approaches. Join us for a rousing discussion hosted by Dr. Christopher Sessums, researcher, writer, educator, at An Estuary. Dr. Sessums recently arrived in Baltimore after serving as a faculty member and executive administrator at the University of Florida and the University of California, Berkeley.
