To provide people of all ages who like boating and just chillin' on the lake an opportunity to meet other like minded nautical people. We will arrange periodic meet ups on Loudon lake normally in the Prater Flats area which is located on the Blount County side at the 612 mile marker between Ish and Gallagher creeks. During the off season we will arrange land based social gatherings at the suggestion of members.
Boats of any size are welcome. You do not have to be a boat owner to join this group, just like to have fun on the water. We will try to get you on a boat for our outings if you do not know one of our member "Captains".
It is normally one of our member boat captains who RSVP to a meetup but they usually bring several other folks with them. So, 4 or 5 RSVPs can translate into 15-20 lake lovers who will attend.
