Saturday morning boot camp "meeting" in beautiful Green Brook, NJ located in the Watchung Mountains of Somerset County.

Blast the fat off of your bones with a high intensity workout. Workout efficiently to stimulate muscles growth and burn maximum fat in a short format time frame. Very effective for developing a lean muscular build. We use body weight exercises, kettle bells, sandbags, tires, sledge hammers, medicine balls, and more. Come to learn and come to get a serious workout.

With an inside-out approach and a focus on function, synergy, and muscle confusion, Body Basics Boot Camps is a great way to get results fast. We use high intensity, interval training (HIIT), functional circuits, metabolic conditioning and core synergistics to help you reach your goals. My goal is to give you the "tools to be fit". You will learn how to maximize your time in these awesome synergistic and functional workouts!

PLEASE READ BEFORE JOINING THIS MEETUP GROUP!

We are looking for people who are serious about fitness and changing their health. So if you live out of state or over 20 miles away, think about the reality of actually coming to our venues on a regular basis. If you can't come on a regular basis, it stands to reason that there is not a lot I can do to help you.

In order to maintain a membership here you must POST A HEAD SHOT. If you need help with that, please let me know. I want to see who I am working with.

Unfortunately we have had a few unscrupulous individuals who have joined this group for the wrong reasons and I think you know what I mean. To protect this groups members you must post a head shot and complete a description of yourself. If you are a MeetUp member purely for social reasons, please do not use this group to enhance your profile. That may sound harsh, but the simple truth is that we want to actually help people get in awesome physical shape at a very reasonable cost and without having to make a long term commitment. It's simple and straight forward.

Once you join this group, we ask that you come to an event within 14 days of joining. After that we hope that you enjoy the program and continue on some regular basis. If you want to change your health ( or anything in your life for that matter) then you must be willing to take action. Having the "intention" is not the same as taking action.

Honor System

The fee is $10 for current boot camp members and $15 for non-members per Saturday. Please bring cash and exact change.

IF YOU REGISTER, BUT CAN'T MAKE IT:
It is absolutely imperative that you cancel your RSVP through the meetup.com system, or call or email me directly. At some point it may be too late to send an email. If there is an emergency, you can call me at 908-723-0417.

I care about getting you results and I will go to great lengths to help you, but YOU have to do your part.

This journey of health is a process. Sometimes we make progress and sometimes we stumble along the way. Think of yourself as being on the road to health and wellness. Think of me as your guide. Without me you;d still be on the road to health and wellness, but you;d be wandering aimlessly getting lost along the way. I have a map and I will take you to your destination in the shortest route possible. I will get you there safely too.

The rules of this meetup developed over time. They are simple and fair. But still, they may not be a good fit for everyone.

Okay, good. Now that the policy stuff is out of the way, lets focus on getting you in great shape. Now it's time to get excited about what could be. Now it's time to get your juices flowing about seeing your new body in your mind. Don't skimp! If you really need to lose 30, 40, or even 50 pounds or more, don't tell yourself you need to lose 10 to see what happens. That's ridiculous. Now is the time to go for the whole enchilada so-to-speak! Now is the time to dream and push beyond what you think you can do. No more playing it safe. This is YOUR life and it's time to live it!

We're winding down the Fall series of boot camps and moving the program indoors for the Winter season beginning on November 14th. This will run through March 2010.

Please Follow These Guidelines.

1. The RSVP System Will Close 20 Hours Prior to Boot Camp.

The reason for this is due to the fact that we have to pay for the space at the Racquet Club and we need a minimum number of people to make it work. Read more
