This group formed to create focused networks of BFL practitioners and aficianados, so we can have a dedicated network of training partners to support our progress in our individual Body For Life programs.
We will discuss our progress, problems, and solutions with the "Body for Life" program as presented by Bill Phillips in his Body for Life book, but improve our performance. We'll also discuss advanced nutrition and health topics, and whatever else people are really into that can help with BFL and health and fitness.
