This sounds like a group that goes out and does FUN things (that don't cost a fortune!). Finding fun things to do is challanging. Adding in all the other stuff in our lives - and we don't get out to do fun things as often as we would like.
We are both in our 50s. Personally I do not consider myself a boomer - and not an X or a Y. I was born in 1960 and consider myself to part of the Invisible Generation (we were born between the demographic darlings of the Boomers and The X'rs). Invisibles: Grew up in houses that already had a TV - but remember when the Color TV came. We were born into the world of the Apollo Program - ie frequent space program launches - and are we generally friendly with technology (I work in IT). We are children of the 60's so we are very open to openness and alternative answers and the idea of a counter culture. We are a small demographic - and we never make the new - but look for us - and you will find us everywhere!
We are married.
I am not a member of Wearing Out and have never heard of them. Thanks for the warning - I do not like high maintenence groups. I am not sure if my memberships are viewable (I tend to lock-down EVERYTHING I can about myself on any form of Social Media). I am a member of a number of business networking groups and the Dr Who meetup group. If you really need a definitive list - I could probably get it - or make it visible to just you. I do not believe in publishing my life online.
I work in Information Technology (Network Engineer). My wife is an accounting clerk.
Hello: I and my wife would love to attend. I have been through the Summit Brewery but not any others. I would LOVE to attend. As for who I am - well I think my chosen photo should say more than 1000 words about me! =)
