Charles is offering this bootcamp for free as a way to create a community of like-minded people who seek to maintain a healthy body and mind.
This workout will take outside of your normal gym routine and enable you to reach a new level of fitness. Bootcamps exercises are adjusted to every fitness level so everyone can get the best of their training. Each workout is usually 60 minutes in duration and consists of many different types of exercises so no workout is ever the same.
