BOOTCAMP involves pushups, (modified or conventional, it all depends on you) squats, lunges, skater plyos, jumping jacks (remember those), front jacks, jump rope, handweights, kettlebells and so many other creative body exercises. Don’t worry, any limitations you have, we will work to make you better! SO never give up!
Using resistance bands, body weight, and dumbbells, we will go through exercises, that target different muscle groups.
Walking and Running exercises, jumping lunges, followed by an obstacle course or a sports specific drill. On some days, we might jog a bit further then the other day. Or, we might perform intervals where we walk very fast and jog light, or jog and then sprint. It all depends on your goals and fitness level.
You can burn anywhere from 500-1000 calories per class easily, all while strengthening and toning your body. YOUR drive, determination and focus will help you attain whatever fitness goals you desire, resulting in the body of your dreams.
It is hard work, but your health and happiness are worth it.
