Tips For Bootstrappers Bringing a New Hardware Product to Market
Come join entrepreneurs who eat problems for breakfast. At a Bootstrappers Breakfast® we have serious conversations about growing a business based on internal cashflow and organic profit: this is for founders who are actively bootstrapping a startup.
Our Speaker: Bob Mattoon, President of ISC Networks (http://www.isc-networks.com/), will kick off our Meetup session and share tips for building your hardware prototype and transitioning your product to production. He will be discussing best practices for methodically generating your pilot product and to focus on its functionality. His expert tips come from many years of managing supply chain and contract manufacturers (onshore and offshore) through the design, specification, manufacture, test of prototype and pilot hardware and into production.
The other attendees will all be in startups. It will be a chance to compare notes on operational, development, and business issues with peers.
We meet in the back room, so space is limited — Please RSVP.

Cost is a small fee to offset the coordination cost, everyone pays for their own breakfast;
