About us
We're the ones who can't afford to go out often, the ones who always have coupons or the ones to offer a cheaper alternative to our friends' ideas. We're busy paying bills, working, and trying to stay afloat, and we need to have fun too! We're also the thrifty ones, who prefer to save their money for other things and get the most out of their paychecks.
There's no need to spend a ton of money when there are so many inexpensive or free things to do in town!

Paddle Time at Soda Lake

15600 W Morrison Rd, Lakewood, CO 80228MUST have a your own vessel, life vest mandatory and Whistle, as it's paddle at your own risk before Memorial day weekend.
Park entrance fee: 10 unless you have the annual pass but not part of the State Parks. Price goes up after Memorial Day to 15.
Bring a dry bag, towels, extra socks, possible jacket, sunscreen, sunglasses, beverage, electrolytes, and a snacks for on the water.
We are hoping to launch from the left of the rental place coming from the overflow parking that is left of the lake, when facing the water.
The 2 closest parking lots can fill up early but that is more likely after the official season starts. There is a path close to the overflow parking lot that is to the left of the lake, so you won't have to carry your vessel far. People can launch from there and paddle to meet the group. There is also overflow parking to the right of the lake.More details on their website:
