Birth of a Content Marketing Strategy. . . and Then What?

Join your peers for a highly interactive discussion on content marketing at our next Boston Content Marketing MeetUp.  For those of you that I haven't spoken to yet, my name is Michael Gerard and I'll be the new organizer for this group.  Having spent 10 years running marketing executive discussions at IDC, I'm hoping to create a highly interactive atmosphere at our MeetUps to facilitate networking and learning.

To kick things off at our May 15th meeting, I've invite 2 great speakers to share their content marketing stories with us.  Each speaker will spend ~15-20 minutes on their topic, with the remainder of time dedicated to open discussion.  Here's a brief agenda:

Group introductions

"Birth of a Content Marketing Strategy" by Wayne Salpietro, Director of Marketing for Permabit.  What does it take to get your content marketing strategy "off the ground". . . including gaining management support, identifying what content you should publish and where, as well as what KPIs and targets you should set for your initiative(s)?

"How to Get Customers Creating More Content For You" by Brian Gladstein, CEO of Explorics.  Learn new and innovative ways to tap into the power of your customers' voices to create more high quality content on a limited budget.

Certainly feel free to pass on this invite to your friends and colleagues.  We'll have some light refreshments at the meeting.

I look forward to meeting all of you at this event!

Sadly, just as I was accepting, I realized I was out of town that week. Looking forward to another.
