See you there. Excited to talk shop. I work for a company called CrowdCheck. We create due diligence reports for SeedInvest, EarlyShares, Venovate, and others. Offering securities (the act of asking someone "want to buy X amount stock/debt for X dollars?") is a highly regulated endeavor. Items to discuss tonight: (a) securities fraud, (b) how to limit exposure when openly offering online, (c) how to be taken seriously by total strangers who, admittedly, are taking a lot of risk?

The event is almost here! I look forward to meeting the new members and re-connect with those of you lucky enough to have been at one of our first 2 events. I am excited to see all the incredible work Naomi has put into making this an event to remember. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
