DevOps Alignment in the Enterprise

We're talking about how to achieve alignment in large organizations. DevOps is an organizational shift, not just a technical one. How can we encourage different departments and teams to move in the same direction? Competing incentives can make this difficult.

First off, we'll have a couple speakers from XebiaLabs give a brief talk on what they've done to improve alignment.

Then we'll have a workshop that will highlight misconceptions that can cause departments and teams to diverge from overall goals.

Not into a workshop? That's okay! We'll have breakout sessions focused on DevOps in larger organizations. This is the space to talk about topics like blameless postmortems, cross-functional meetings, service/provider relationships and so on.
