"Night of the Living DevOps"

Share your DevOps horror story about a time when things went so terribly wrong, but you were able to come "back from the dead." The goal is to share experiences with the community about a time where things got so bad you thought there was no way out, but were able to pull it off, and now you can give hope to your peers that may be facing similar challenges.
