Boston Lean IT & Kanban Meetup

For our February 16th meetup, I'm pleased to announce that we will have a guest speaker, Michael Cox, a Vice President and Senior Consultant with Net Objectives, Inc. specializing in enterprise transitions for large clients.

In his presentation, Lean Agile Enterprise Transition - An Experience Report, Mike will share with us his experiences with clients and the transition to lean/agile.

For those of you who might be interested, I’d like to mention that Mike is in Boston that week to teach a PMI certified course called Lean-Agile Project Management Certification.

The course will cover Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban, all within the context of Program Management.
