This month's guest speaker, Lisa Boisvert, will be presenting and discussing Hoshin Kanri, a method of strategic planning capable of improving focus and alignment within organizations.

Creating and maintaining focus can be extremely challenging for both individuals and organizations, but without it we waste precious time and resources. No matter how efficient we become at execution, through Lean practices or other techniques, we must still make hard choices about the work we choose to do (and not to do).

Through her own consulting practice, Business Centered Learning, Lisa has had a long, successful track record of helping organizations achieve focus through the application of Hoshin Kanri.
