Directions
Map (http://i.imgur.com/LozKp4Sh.jpg) Picture of entrance (http://i.imgur.com/RVFkvZ5h.jpg) Rakuten's office is in the South Station building. Facing the main entrance to South Station, head to the left side of the building. Enter the building on the side lobby underneath the number "2" sign hanging over the entrance. If there isn't someone to greet you and let you in at the door, dial the 5-digit code "52923" on the keypad to call reception. Take either elevator to the 4th floor.
We will try to put up signs and keep someone posted at the entrance to make things easier.
