I've had a number of ideas for creative technology projects involving music, but I haven't been very familiar with the tools available. I want to learn, and to experiment.
Very little, as yet.
I like the ability to take an almost synesthetic approach to music, blending the sound, visual representations of that sound, derivative visualizations based on the information in the sound, and the whole of the associated data of listenership and song associations. I also like seeing machines make cool noises, in the physical realm.
Pandora, because it's reliable; Shazam, because I'm curious; Spotify, because it's comprehensive; djay and other DJ apps, because they're fun; and the Daft Punk sound board because it's always useful
Both; Spotify is more convenient, but has some egregious blind spots.
