Postgres Enterprise Manager is a tool that allows you to do Management, Monitoring, Capacity planning and Performance Tuning from a single graphical console. It is not a least common denominator tool. It is designed from the ground up to work with PostgreSQL. It only works with Postgres and Postgres Plus Advanced Server.
