Workshop prerequisites are either an understand of (1a) the basics of R, such as the material we covered in our R Boot Camp, or (1b) some understanding of another programming language, such as Python, Java, PERL, SAS, etc.

09:00 - 10:00 Machine Learning and Clustering (Dave W)

This Machine learning: Clustering workshop gives you the core conceptual ideas behind clustering data. We'll use R to run examples, but the core ideas are universal and relevant in all settings. You'll leave this course ready to cluster your own datasets.
