BTPRSM Dog Walk #1

Let's walk through this huge and wonderful park! This park has a great combination of trails and open fields. Lots of fun for the dogs!

The mosquitoes can get pretty thick, you may want to bring bug spray.

Note: the off-leash park is ACROSS from Little Mountain Sportsplex.

Just a reminder to please license your dog and have their tag visible as this is a requirement of using the dog parks.

Oops. I accidentally double booked myself this evening, so I'll try to join the next walk.

Hi Everyone, I am sure some of you are aware of the incident that occurred at Little Mountain Dog Park this past weekend. A dog owner claimed that his dog ingested gopher/rodent poison that was applied to areas of the Off-Leash Field area of Little Mountain Park. Signs are posted up in the area, but are not very visible. Because of this incident, we are going to stay clear of the fields and stay on the trails and on the east and south sides of the park. We understand if there are some people who may not be interested in attending on Thursday, but we wanted to let you know that the walk is still a go. Please be aware of where your dog(s) is/are at all times while visiting this park until the area is cleaned up and we know it's safe to enter the field again. Jessica

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
