Better Deployments with Master Config

Hey all!

Heard a number of people asking about the setup I was using for the sites I showed off at our last meetup, so want to show off how I take a vanilla ExpressionEngine install and set it up with Master Config to make it more portable, configurable, and all-around easier to work in.
