Thanks for organizing the event and helping start-ups promoting their idea and collect feedback. Presentations were good, lot of energy from presenters and from the Q&A session: engagement has been strong.

    Great information

The forum, the organizers, the audience, the buzz they create and encouragement they give to the start-ups are all great. In this particular event, some of the matters related to facilities and presentation logistics were not as great as their prior events that I have attended.

    April 16, 2014

  • Stephanie

The team behind the event was very nice and helpful. I know there was some technical issues with the screen projector, and switching laptops every time was a bit of a downer. Maybe sending the presentations prior to the event will make the transitions easier. The Mic situation- I'm sure the speakers will get better as they get used to presenting their products in front of audiences. Pizza & Beer was great, and I personally loved to opportunity to check out WeWork's office workspace.

    April 16, 2014

  • Alessandro

Despite the rain and traffic, the event was smooth and many interesting inputs from presenters and audience. Agree with Jeremy, after driving 2 hours I really enjoyed to get on my feet. Good job to the organizers!

    April 16, 2014

  • Jeremy L.

I enjoyed the event. I seem to be an outlier, but after sitting all day it was nice to get on my feet.

As usual, the presenters were strong. This is why I come.

Content good (5), facilities bad (1) = average of 3. Couldn't see the slides (too dim and screen too low - couldn't see it over people's heads even if it wasn't dim), networking problems (make presenters do a dry run beforehand so we don't all have to watch them figure out how to connect to the projector), hard floor uncomfortable to stand on for an hour (chairs), need to assure speakers that yes, they need to use the microphone because no, we can't hear them in the back no matter how loud they think they are.

Apologies John, we will be back to our normal setup next month. Hope to see you there.

      April 16, 2014

  • Dan G.

It would be great to list if each event will have chairs or not, so that we can plan to bring our own next time...

    April 15, 2014

    • Vivjan M.

Apologies Dan. We will be back to our normal setup with chairs in a theatre style venue, with pre-event networking with drinks and food next month. Look fwd in seeing you there.

Terrible setup. No chairs, and a crappy screen. Won't come again unless you improve things.

Very interesting technology products. Appreciate the range of applications.

Great content as usual. I did like having drinks/food at the end of the night too. Co work spaces are great for socializing, but clearly not optimal for presenting. Looking forward to the usual venue rotation.

    Do you:
    a) have an interest in early stage startups?
    b) consider yourself an innovator?
    c) believe that the plain old whiteboard is a powerful idea machine?

Check out the new whiteboarding experience coming soon on Rocketboard.it. Sign up for our Beta and feel free to fire off an email to [masked] to get into the first cohort of users.

Get in touch if you have mad skills and are actually nuts enough to want to be part of an early stage startup. See you all tonight...!

Looking forward to tonight's event! If anyone has an interest in solar, we at Sol Power LLC have developed a solar charging station with lock boxes that's free to end users and monetized through on station advertising. Stations are ready for deployment!

If you've seen The Tile App, you've seen just one of 50+ apps chasing 7% of the total market for lost/stolen items. Rejjee services the 93% of the market that is lonely, and un-appreciated. Wait until you see what we have in store for them! Come-on upstairs after the presentations...Rejjee is ready to launch! (The lovely woman in the photo is my daughter at her wedding...another life-changing event!) Ken, fire-up the app - these people are hungry!

    2 · April 14, 2014

  • Ken S.

For anyone who is interested, this will be the soft launch of the Rejjee app. We'll have a room upstairs at WeWork after the demos. Stop by and win stuff for downloading our app (it's free), enter to win prizes, and other special treats.

    4 · April 2, 2014

    • Ken S.

Join us for our Launch Party upstairs at WeWork after the presentations and get a chance to win $100 to Wentworth-by-the-Sea.

      3 · April 8, 2014

    • Ken S.

If you are one of the first 1,000 paid subscribers to TSP Premium you could win a $1,000 gift certificate to Amazon.com from Rejjee.

Hi everyone, is it the right time to talk about homemade food? I think so....
Here I am with the start-up CookRadar, presenting in two weeks time.
We are building a community of foodies and "cookies" and our mission is connecting people through homemade food.
We are fed up with restaurants, food chains and processed food: it is an impersonal and expensive experience, not healthy, not social. You want to really eat Italian, Spanish, Asian food? CookRadar is your authentic alternative.
We want to promote authentic food with authentic people, in your neighborhood.
Looking forward to meeting you all and share more initiatives we are working on. Check us out on Facebook and at www.cookradar.com
