L'Heure du conte (free French storytime)

Free immersion storytime in French for ages 2-6 and their grown-ups on (most) second Fridays of each month. Familiarity with French preferred, but fluency not required! We meet on the upper level, north end of the Lafayette Public Library. (Closest cross streets: Baseline & Hwy 287)

Older/younger kiddos are also welcome, but please understand that we gear the stories and activities to ages 2-6; we will also have a few games available for older children to play while their siblings listen to stories.

We always begin with the same song ("Dans la foret lointaine (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TbFbDg1v7l4)") and end with "Ainsi font font font (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAq6SXlNOs0)"; each storytime features several books, songs, and activities on a theme.
