Tell us a little about yourself.

I'm old, I started out my career as a programmer, I've been a tester for 20+ years, I've co-written two books on agile testing.

What programming languages do you know?

Most of them I wouldn't admit to now, but I had some competency at Ruby at some point.

Why are you interested in learning Rails?

I work on a Rails app.

I'm a tester on the Pivotal Tracker team in Denver. I used to write test scripts in Ruby and Watir several years ago, but my Ruby skills are rusty.
