BWPM Happy Hour Discussion: Motivating team members

This will be the first Happy Hour of the new year! We will meet at the headquarters of Vail Resorts (more detailed information on location to come) and have a discussion around motivating team members. As projects drag on or involve difficult clients, team morale can go down. What are we doing to motivate team members in these situations and keep them interested in the work they are doing?
