Deb Blankenship has been a trainer with Workforce Boulder County for over two years where she helps job seekers find work in today’s tough job market. She facilitates workshops on exploring careers, resume writing, networking, and interviewing.

Deb has more than 10 years’ experience teaching theater and communication at the university and college level. She worked as a recruiter for 3 years and has reviewed thousands of resumes and interviewed hundreds of people. She holds a Master’s degree in Theatre from West Virginia University and a Bachelor’s in English from Shippensburg State University.
