This our last chance to save the proposed Great Horned Owl Preserve from being bulldozed and turned into high density new construction. Boulder County is under tremendous pressure from developers.

The proposed 20 acre Owl Preserve will protect the habitat of Colorado's most famous Owls. It will be a wonderful place for people and owls and feature walking paths and beautiful interpretive signs that share pictures and owl information - more at http://www.BoulderOwlPreserve.org
Our goal is to have 200+ people attend to encourage Boulder County Commissioners and Planning Commission members to say NO to the bulldozers ripping through the Owl Hunting Meadow and YES to creating the Great Horned Owl Preserve.
90% of the food for the baby owls each spring comes from the Owl Hunting Meadow nest to the Owl Nesting Tree.
All you have to do to make a big difference is RSVP now and show up on Tuesday Jan 26 at 5pm. You'll be so proud when you read in the news this spring that the Great Horned Owl Preserve has been created. Please RSVP now.

Doing the email is fast and easy. Just say one thing you love about owls. Ask council to say NO to the bulldozers and YES to creating the Owl Preserve.
- Speak at the Boulder Country Meeting - Arrive 20 minutes early to the council meeting and sign up to speak in the public 2 minute comment slot. Your personally asking council to create the Boulder Great Horned Owl Preserve will make your attendance even more powerful!
